Stepping Stones^SM Grief Program for adults is a comprehensive before- and after-care program for loved ones of BJC Hospice patients or for those who have experienced a personal loss.

The Program includes:

Bereavement support from a social worker prior to the death of the patient
Special bereavement mailings for the patient's family or caregiver for 13 months
Bereavement home visits by our professional staff
Holiday memorial services
Referrals to community bereavement support services
Follow-up telephone calls
Bereavement home visits to family
