BJC Hospice has expanded its service area to include Farmington and surrounding communities.

"Our staff is from the local community. We are neighbors caring for neighbors at a difficult time," says Barbara Westland, director. “We partner with community churches, schools and organizations to ensure that everyone is aware of the benefits of hospice for patients and families."

The staff of BJC Hospice includes registered nurses expert in pain and symptom management; certified home health aides; medical social workers to connect the family with resources in the community; physical therapists, speech therapists and occupational therapists; and a medical director.
